Cancellation and Refund Policy

If there is a cancellation of a tour:

• If a tour is cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled departure date, 100% of the fee will be repaid.

• If a tour is cancelled seven days or less before to the scheduled departure date, 50% of the cost will be repaid.

• Tours that are cancelled four days or fewer prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a 25% refund.

• If a tour is cancelled fewer than three days prior to the scheduled departure date, there will be no refund.

• Refunds for cancelled tours will be processed within three business days, and your account will be instantly reimbursed with the money.
